3. Products and Services

Made-to-Order Nature: All our framed canvases and art prints are made-to-order and custom-produced specifically for you upon purchase. We do not hold inventory. This process begins immediately after your order is confirmed.
Colour Variation: We have made every effort to display the colours and textures of our products accurately on the Site. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display of any colour will be accurate. Slight variations between screen display and final printed product are not grounds for a refund or return.
Pricing: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

4. Ordering and Payments

Order Acceptance: Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.
Payment: We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Google pay. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Site.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Production & Shipping: We utilize third-party production and distribution partner to fulfil all physical orders. We are not responsible for delays caused by the fulfilment partner or the carrier.
Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times are provided in our Shipping Policy and are not guaranteed.
Risk of Loss: Risk of loss and title for items purchased from our Site pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Custom-Made Policy: Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our framed canvases, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of buyer’s remorse or change of mind (e.g., ordering the wrong size or deciding you don't like the colour).
Damaged Goods: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. You must provide clear photographic evidence of the damage to the item and the packaging. We will, at our sole discretion, arrange a replacement free of charge or issue a full refund.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

Ownership of Art: All content and artwork displayed on this Site, including all designs, images, photographs, text, and graphics, are the exclusive property of The Common Dwelling and its affiliated artists. All work is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
AI Disclosure: The creation of some of our art may involve the use of generative artificial intelligence tools, which are then significantly modified and refined by human authorship to create unique, original pieces.
Prohibited Use: Your purchase of any print or product grants you ownership of the physical item, but does not transfer any intellectual property rights. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the artwork or content on this Site for any commercial purpose without express written permission from The Common Dwelling.
